Abstract
Based on 84 cases of manufacturing firms,this study examines the impacts of technology turbulence,competition intensity,and demand uncertainty on the decision of ambidexterity(the balance between exploration and exploitation).It is found that firms perceiving great technology turbulence pursue ambidexterity and that ambidexterity has significant positive effects on a firm's market share,market position,and competitive advantage of new products...
