Abstract
200 samples of wheat root rot had been collected from Lijiabao,Dingxi of Gansu Province.The results of isolation and identification by Booth C.system showed that there were 42 strains of Fusarium,belonging to 6 species including F.solani(21.43 %),F. oxysporium(31.0 %),F.equiseti(16.67 %),F.moniliforme(14.29 %),F.culmorum(9.52 %),F.graminearum(7.14 %).Then the pathgenicity were tested...
