Antioxidant and anti-aging activities of polysaccharides from Calocybe indica var. APK2

The crude polysaccharides were extracted from the fruiting bodies of Calocybe indica (CIP). The antioxidant activities of CIP were evaluated both in vitro and in vivo. Chemical characteristics of the polysaccharides were investigated.
