A Proxemics and Gateway Theory-Based Typology of Sexual Harassment Severity Perceptions

We develop a proxemics and gateway theory-based typology of SH severity perceptions in organizations. The typology postulates that SH severity perceptions vary along two dimensions: physical invasiveness and whether it represents a gateway behavior.
