Abstract
The optical properties of free-standing nonwoven silicon (Si) and germanium (Ge) nanowire fabrics, including diffuse and specular reflectance, diffuse and direct transmittance, and absorptance spectra, were measured using an integrating sphere to account fully for all incident photons.
