High-resolution calorimetric study of phase transitions in chiral smectic-C liquid crystalline phases
Abstract
We carried out an improved characterization of phase transitions among chiral smectic-Csubphases observed for various antiferroelectric liquid crystals by precise heat capacity measurements.
