Abstract
Two cases of intraoral focal acantholytic dyskeratosis are presented. These uncommon, small, nodular, keratotic lesions, with a distinct histologic pattern similar to that of Darier's disease, have been reported as warty dyskeratomas. Treatment is conservative surgical removal and follow-up.
