Abstract
頭痛に対する鍼灸の効果と現状を総合テーマとして、 当該領域のレビューを行った。 はじめに、 西洋医学的な立場から一次性頭痛や二次性頭痛の鑑別や治療効果を中心に紹介した。 次に、 鍼灸治療の治効機序に関して、 基礎研究の成果を文献に基づき紹介した。 最後に、 頭痛に対する鍼灸治療の臨床効果を文献に基づき解説し、 緊張型頭痛や片頭痛に効果が示されていることを紹介した。 以上の結果から、 鍼灸治療は一次性頭痛に対して臨床効果が報告されており特に、 episodic...
