Abstract
The aim of this study was to examine the effect of mini-trampoline training on VO2max, body weight, fat % and vertical jumping height. The participants were randomly separated into 2 groups as the trampoline group (n:6, age 21.8±2.04 years, height 174±5.78 cm, weight 71.73±4.58 kg) and the running group (n:6, age 20.7±1.51 years, height 179±7.18 cm, weight 72.68±9.5 kg).
