Increased proliferation of bone marrow-derived fibroblasts in primitive hypertrophic osteoarthropathy with severe myelofibrosis

Pachydermoperiostosis or primary hypertrophic osteoarthropathy (HOA) is a rare congenital growth disorder of connective tissue. We report a case of severe myelofibrosis in a patient with HOA.
