Abstract
Patients with systemic mastocytosis (SM) are at a high risk of developing life-threatening myeloid malignancies such as acute myeloid leukemia, chronic myeloid leukemia or myelomonocytic leukemia. Lymphoproliferative disorders may also occur, although more rarely.
