Abstract
This paper describes the thermal analysis of water cooled primary mirror used in BL-23 of Indus-2 at RRCAT in which the mirror thermal deformation was minimized for acceptable optical performance. The primary mirror separates the visible part from synchrotron radiation by reflecting visible part to perpendicular plane.
