Abstract
The effect of recombinant human soluble thrombomodulin (TM-α) on acute liver failure (ALF) is unclear, and we elucidated the effect of TM-α in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)/d-galactosamine (GalN)-induced ALF in mice.
