Abstract
Summary of Phases 1 and 2 In summary, the results of phases 1 and 2 indi-cated that the LCpk values of alarms measured inthe patient room were higher than the values inthe adjacent room for all equipment alarms investi-gated and that closing the door to the adjacent roomfurther decreased the LCpk measured for the venti-lator system but not for the cardiac monitoring sys-tem. Data were not available to make this comparisonfor the infusion pump....
