Genome‐wide analysis of integral membrane proteins from eubacterial, archaean, and eukaryotic organisms

We have carried out detailed statistical analyses of integral membrane proteins of the helix-bundle class from eubacterial, archaean, and eukaryotic organisms for which genome-wide sequence data are available.
