Abstract
In this paper, we propose a novel amplify-and-forward relaying strategy for a two-hop single-relay network by incorporating an intentional peak power limit (IPPL). We show that the proposed strategy is not only practical for peak power constrained relay networks, but also helps to simplify the system at both relay and destination.
