A protein inhibitor of hepatic drug metabolizing enzymes from Ehrlich ascites cells

Hepatic drug metabolizing enzymes were significantly decreased in Ehrlich ascites tumour-bearing mice. A protein inhibitor of hepatic drug metabolizing enzymes was isolated from Ehrlich ascites cells and purified.
