Evolutionarily conserved elements in vertebrate, insect, worm, and yeast genomes

We have conducted a comprehensive search for conserved elements in vertebrate genomes, using genome-wide multiple alignments of five vertebrate species (human, mouse, rat, chicken, and Fugu rubripes).
