Decontamination of vegetables sprayed with organophosphate pesticides by organophosphorus hydrolase and carboxylesterase (B1)

A genetically engineered Escherichia coli cell expressing both organophosphorus hydrolase (OPH) and carboxyl esterase (CaE) B1 intracellularly was constructed and cultivated.
