Abstract
In this study, we evaluated a simple and sensitive method for determination of a novel phosphodiesterase-4 (PDE4) inhibitor, chlorbipram, in mouse plasma and brain using ultra-fast liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UFLC-MS/MS).
