MaskerAid : a performance enhancement to RepeatMasker

Summary: Identifying and masking repetitive elements is usually the first step when analyzing vertebrate genomic sequence. Current repeat identification software is sensitive but slow, creating a costly bottleneck in large-scale analyses.
