Cognitive impairment in paediatric multiple sclerosis patients is not related to cortical lesions

We investigated the contribution of cortical lesions to cognitive impairment in 41 paediatric MS patients. Thirteen (32%) paediatric MS patients were considered as cognitively impaired.
