Potatoes, Tomatoes, and Solanine Toxicity (Solanum tuberosum L., Solanum lycopersicum L.)

A plasma jet containing a dielectric barrier structure was used to treat potato eyes at 1.8 slm for different treatment times to inhibit the sprouting of tubers.
