Assessment of culturable airborne bacteria in a university campus in Hangzhou, Southeast of China

Abstract
A systematic investigation on the varieties of culturable airborne bacteria component, concentration and size distribution was conducted in a university campus in Hangzhou, Southeast of China. Results obtained showed that Gram positive bacteria were much more than Gram negative bacteria, contributing to about 84 to 90% of the total number. 22 genera of Gram positive and 12 genera of Gram negative bacteria were identified.Micrococcus, Bacillus,...
