Abstract
A new approach to prepare functional organic nanoparticles (ONPs) from linear polymers is described. The nanoparticles are obtained by ring-opening metathesis polymerisation (ROMP) of functionalised norbornene dicarboximides, side-chain amidation with tri-O-allyl-TRIS, and ring-closing metathesis (RCM).
