Abstract
To elucidate cellular mechanisms of insulin resistance induced by excess dietary fat, we studied conscious chronically high-fat-fed (HFF) and control chow diet-fed rats during euglycemic-hyperinsulinemic (560 pmol/l plasma insulin) clamps.
