Abstract
In this study, raw Cordyceps militaris polysaccharide (CPS) was extracted with ultrasonic- assisted extraction method. Proteins in the raw CPS were removed with the enzymatic and Sevag methods. After dialysis, an extraction rate of 0.82% was achieved.
