Abstract
The present paper gives an overview on the use of plant protein and plant oils as replacers for fish meal and fish oil in diets for Atlantic cod Gadus morhua L. In focus are effects on growth, feed utilization, digestibility, gut health, muscle and liver uptake and retention of nutrients, and muscle quality.
