Abstract
Bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) causes lipid peroxidation (LPO). We have found that LPS induces LPO in tissue homogenates in vitro in a concentration-dependent manner, the concentration of 400 μg/ml demonstrating the most efficient lipid damaging effect.
