Abstract
The Egyptian Jatropha crop has been studied for antioxidant activity in ethanol extracts from roots, stem, leaves and nodes. The radical scavenging activity of ethanolic extracts was evaluated with the stable diphenylpicryl-hydrazyl (DPPH) free radical.
