Abstract
Anticoagulant-related nephropathy, a recently recognized entity, manifests as unexplained acute kidney injury in the setting of excessive anticoagulation with oral agents. Histologic findings in warfarin-related nephropathy include glomerular hemorrhage and renal tubular obstruction by red blood cells.
