Abstract
The concentration of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) is inversely correlated with the risk of coronary heart disease. The effects of low-intensity aerobic training on serum HDL-C and other lipoprotein concentrations were examined in healthy elderly subjects.
