Oral administration of levan polysaccharide reduces the alloxan-induced oxidative stress in rats

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of a polysaccharide named levan, which was produced by new isolated bacteria, on oxidative stress and hyperglycemia in alloxan-induced diabetic rats.
