This paper presents an application of ultrahigh-performance liquid-chromatography – quadrupole – orbitrap high resolution mass spectrometry (UHPLC–Q–Orbitrap HRMS) for the ultra-trace analysis of 12 β2-agonists in pork, beef, mutton and chicken meat.
