Genome-Scale Proteomics Reveals Arabidopsis thaliana Gene Models and Proteome Dynamics

We have assembled a proteome map for Arabidopsis thaliana from high-density, organ-specific proteome catalogs that we generated for different organs, developmental stages, and undifferentiated cultured cells.
