Abstract
Primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) is a frequently progressive and fatal disease. Death from cancer occurs in a significant subset of patients with PSC. Patients with PSC have a 10 to 15 % lifetime risk of developing cholangiocarcinoma (CCA).
