Abstract
40 at%Yb 3+ ,10 at%Er 3+ :Gd 3 Ga 5 O 12 null crystal was grown for the first time by the Czochralski method. Its absorption spectrum, near-infrared and mid-infrared wavebands fluorescence spectra, as well as the fluorescence decay curves of Er: null 4 I 13/2 null and null 4 I 11/2 null levels were measured at room temperature.
