Abstract
The ethanol extracts of the Zingiberaceae family (galangal, ginger, turmeric and krachai) were evaluated for antimicrobial action on Staphylococcus aureus 209P and Escherichia coli NIHJ JC-2 by using an agar disc diffusion assay.
