Abstract
Based on chemical equilibrium assumption, a comprehensive three-dimensional numerical model was developed for a GSP gasifier. The Euler–Lagrange approach was applied to describe the multiphase flow in the reactor. The mixture fractions were used to describe the thermochemistry.
