Gene cloning and enzymatic characterization of an endoprotease Endo-Pro-Aspergillus niger

A novel endoprotease Endo-Pro-Aspergillus niger (endoprotease EPR) was first successfully expressed at high level in the methylotrophic yeast Pichia pastoris and the purification procedure was established.
