Interactions of progesterone with zwitterionic dipalmitoyl phosphatidylcholine (DPPC) multilamellar liposomes were investigated as a function of temperature and progesterone concentration by using three non-invasive techniques namely Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, turbidity at 440 nm, and differential scanning calorimetry.
