Abstract
The amino acid sequence and a 2-A-resolution crystallographic structure of Pseudomonas 7A glutaminase-asparaginase (PGA) have been determined. PGA, which belongs to the family of tetrameric bacterial amidohydrolases, deamidates glutamine and asparagine.
