Abstract
Paragangliomas are neuroendocrine tumors frequently associated with mutations in RET, NF1, VHL, and succinate dehydrogenase (SDHx) genes. Methylome analysis of a large paraganglioma cohort identified three stable clusters, associated with distinct clinical features and mutational status.
