Effect of Sibutramine on Weight Loss and Blood Pressure: A Meta‐analysis of Controlled Trials

Sibutramine causes weight loss by suppressing the appetite and by promoting energy expenditure, but it can also increase blood pressure through a norepinephrine effect.
