Abstract
Curcuminoid-loaded lipid nanoparticles were produced by melt homogenization. The used lipid matrices were medium chain triglycerides, trimyristin (TM), and tristearin. The mean particle size of the preparations was between 130 and 180 nm. The incorporated curcuminoids revealed a good stability over a period of 12 months.
