Abstract
A novel imidazolium-based ionic liquid (IL), covalently bound to catechol (CA) groups by carbodiimide-mediated coupling reactions, was synthesized and used as the electrochemical sensing probe for dihydronicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH).
