Latent Structure Analysis of the Process Variables and Pharmaceutical Responses of an Orally Disintegrating Tablet

A multivariate statistical technique was applied to the design of an orally disintegrating tablet and to clarify the causal correlation among variables of the manufacturing process and pharmaceutical responses.
