Immunoglobulin G4-Related Hypertrophic Pachymeningitis with Skull Involvement

Immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4)-related hypertrophic pachymeningitis, defined as focally or diffusely thickened dura mater and lymphoplasmacytic infiltration with increased IgG4 bearing plasma cells, is a rare disease.
