Abstract
Crystalline complexes of yeast phenylalanine tRNA and Lead (II) ion were prepared by soaking pregrown orthorhombic crystals of tRNA in saturated lead chloride solutions. The locations of tightly bound lead ions on the tRNA were determined by difference Fourier methods.
