Fibrosis/cirrhosis after orthotopic liver transplantation*1

The causes and pathologic changes leading to fibrosis and cirrhosis after orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) are not fully defined. The computerized pathology files were searched for cases of fibrosis/cirrhosis after OLT.
